• Our team also supports National Marketing of Connect Realty, as such, agents interested in joining...who happen to be in your neck of the woods...are referred to you, to help build your team!  Yet, we all stay connected!  Beautiful!
  
• We also pride ourselves on communicating pertinent information, upcoming educational opportunities, savings programs...doing our best to keep your overhead down, and your prosperity and joy up!!!
• You are still an independent contractor, free to run your business the way your want to.  Providing you don't break the law, or do anything unethical!!!  We are high on professional ethics around here!  That doesn't mean you can't wear the lamp shade at your next family gathering...it just means don't take a picture of it and put it on your business cards!!!
• You are welcome to any sales calls or meetings, some folks do...some don't.  Regardless, you will get the updates from us every week via email. As well as, a monthly conference call and email updates from your State Broker.
• There is the occasional sales promotions...prizes and parties!!!  Summer BBQ, weekend get away, training seminar, you know...the fun stuff!
• We have an ensemble of new agents, experienced agents/brokers, with a variety of personalities...all with a couple things in common...we all strive to succeed and we all have a sense of humor!
• ConnectfortheKids.org Is a volunteer group we started to help support local organizations that serve our communities youth. Our goal is to provide quaterly support through fundraising or donating our time...this is only for those that want to particiapte...I mean seriously, it is a "volunteer" group!!!
